Who we are
This website is run by iTaylor Solutions LLC, an Indiana limited liability company doing business as iTaylor Solutions. “iTaylor Solutions,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean iTaylor Solutions LLC. “You” means anyone using the site.
What this site is for
The site explains who we are and how we help businesses, and lets you contact us or tell us what you’re trying to solve. Using the site, submitting a form or emailing us doesn’t make you a client and doesn’t create any obligation for either of us. If we work together, that work will be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, and its terms will control.
Information, not professional advice
iTaylor Solutions provides business, marketing, technology and operations services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, HR/payroll provider, medical provider or regulatory authority.
Articles, examples and other content on the site are general information. They aren’t legal, accounting, tax, HR, payroll, medical, clinical, regulatory or compliance advice, and they aren’t a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Decisions in those areas stay with you and your licensed or qualified advisers.
No guaranteed results
Every business is different. We don’t promise or guarantee any particular outcome, including leads, sales, revenue, rankings or savings, from using the site or from working with us.
Results, figures and examples described on the site come from specific clients and situations. They’re approximate, they may be rounded, and they aren’t a promise or prediction of what you’ll get. Your results will vary.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t:
- use it for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
- send spam, malware or anything designed to damage or interfere with the site;
- try to get around reCAPTCHA or other security features, or access parts of the site or its systems you’re not authorized to use;
- use bots or scrapers to copy the site’s content or overload it;
- pretend to be someone else or submit false information.
We may restrict or block access to anyone who misuses the site.
What you send us
When you use our forms or email us, please make sure the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including anything in files you upload.
Don’t send patient information, protected health information or other sensitive personal information through the site. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to review and respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us information doesn’t create a confidentiality agreement or a client relationship.
Our content
The site’s text, graphics, design, logos and other content belong to iTaylor Solutions or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. Please don’t copy, republish, sell or modify our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Links and third-party services
The site may link to other websites, and it runs on third-party services such as Squarespace (hosting and forms) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection). We don’t control other websites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. A link isn’t an endorsement. Your use of other sites and services is at your own risk and under their terms.
The site is provided “as is”
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be complete, current, error-free, secure or uninterrupted. We may change, update or remove content, or the site itself, at any time without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, iTaylor Solutions and its owner, contractors and service providers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to a flat US $100.
Some places don’t allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you. These terms don’t limit any rights you have that can’t be limited by law. Any work we do for clients is governed by its own written agreement, not by this section.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms apply.
General
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part of these terms right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
